Two Modenas

It would seem there is a never-ending selection of imported balsamic vinegars—and they all come in beautiful bottles. Here are two of my current favourites, both from the Italian Province of Modena. Pairing the vinegars with garlic and onions seemed only natural and served to add a needed textural contrast.
